They look cool and are great for dining and entertaining
My wife and I can't stop breaking wine glasses so we bought these to avoid stepping on broken glass. Haven't dropped any yet but they are really nice. At least for now, before repeated rinses. And if you pour cold wine into one of them, the reflection on the bottom will become frosty. Inside is just plain stainless steel or something with no copper plating.
