The efficiency of their staff is unparalleled! They are always willing to go above & beyond for us when it comes time to ship products internationally (and domestically). Customer service has been exceptional at every stage throughout this process - shipping goods outbound as well as receiving feedback with regards to shipments received back home via Air Cargo Worldwide's tracking system. I can't think about anything that would make me want change other than maybe having more options available within certain locations depending upon where they're located geographically? But otherwise everything was great. Shipping international freight/goods overseas using various carriers such as FedEx Freight etc. I like that they are able to work with me on my schedule and not vice versa. They can do more than what is listed on their website. I would like to see them add more locations. They are very professional and always willing to help. They are great at communicating with clients and keeping track of projects. I wish they had more hours in the day! They have helped us out with many issues. I think they are very efficient and professional.
