Review on Schwalbe AV17 Inner Tubes - 700x28-45c / 28-inch 27-inch - Schrader Valve (2 Pack) by Michael Wiley

The quality of these Schwalbe "Standard" tubes is better than recent purchases of "Standard" tubes from two other well-known bike manufacturers that I've made at my local bike shop. There is no doubt that the quality of bicycle inner tubes has deteriorated in recent years. Although most lamps are made in China, in the same factory, and probably with the same quality characteristics, it is clear that the "standard" lamps manufactured today are made of much thinner and less durable material than those newly manufactured. a year or so ago. All four of the other two famous brands I bought from my bike shop have exploded and ripped the tire seam. I've used a rim liner, I've used "Green Goo", I've slowly pumped air into a new tube and carefully inserted it into the rim - to no avail, they exploded at just 20psi. I hope Schwalbe holds out. So far, so good. I successfully installed my first Schwalbe camera and had a great ride yesterday. I will report on the durability. Summer riding can be brutal.
