The mat was nice looking and comfortable.The problem with the mat that we received was it had a slippery coating, on the top and the bottom. When you step on it, your feet slip around on it, both in socks and bare feet. When you step off the mat into a hard floor, your feet slip even more. It leaves the floor you step on very slippery with the coating your feet picked up from the mat. The slippery coating stayed on the floor, and had to be cleaned off the floor.I tried to clean the mat 2 times, once with Mean Green Cleaner and Degreaser and then with Formula 88 Degreaser and rinsing it with water. It was a little better after Formula 88 and water, but there was still a slippery coating that stayed on your feet and stayed on the floor you stepped on after you stepped off the mat.One other thing I noticed is that the top seamed waterproof, but when I used water to try and rinse after the degreaser, the bottom absorbed the water like a sponge, so if you do spill something and it gets under the mat it would stay there for a long time.
