Everything is fine, there are only minor drawbacks.

Overall a very good cooler. Installed on the motherboard AsRock z490 steel legend with a 10700k processor. At first, if the cores were installed incorrectly, they heated up unevenly and the stress test showed sharp jumps and a temperature difference between the cores of 10-15 degrees. If the core 1-2 was 60 degrees, then the cores 5-6-7 were 70-75 degrees with moderate overclocking in the region of 4500-4700 MHz with turbo boost. After he removed and installed again, he tightened the bolts alternately with the same force more carefully. That first test with 1 fan showed that the cores heat up the same way. After installing the second fan and overclocking 4700 MHz - 100% load of all cores and threads on a stress test for 3 minutes, the temperature was shown around 70 degrees, rising and falling slightly by 1-2 degrees. Fans were running at 1000 rpm. Turbo boost up to 4900 MHz will do pretty well. When overclocking 5100, you already have to watch. I personally find the 4700 quite comfortable, the efficiency drops compared to the 5100 are almost imperceptible. Some programs, as well as the browser and pages, load almost instantly. What can not but rejoice, megahertz decide. Before that there was a processor with 3.2 MHz. And here, too, if you put the stock at 3.8, drawdowns are already noticeable. And 4.7 is noticeably faster, not by tests and numbers, but by eye it is loading faster and faster. So with processors of the 10th generation up to 10900k it will cope quite well.

Pros
  • Quiet, large heatsink, high power dissipation, huge sole, intel processor looks miniature, 3 more of these would fit on such a sole. The two fans are quite quiet, you can't hear how they work at all, I only hear how the case fans drive the air to the fullest.
Cons
  • -The complexity of the installation, the second day was taken before I understood how to fix it correctly, installed it 3 times and removed it. I did stress tests and realized that I fixed it incorrectly, or applied thermal paste incorrectly. As a result, the cores heated unevenly, 5 out of 8 cores heated up more than others. Probably a skew during installation. What was later corrected, when I fixed it correctly, everything began to cool well. -It's quite tall, so it won't fit into every case, I had to remove the side fan of the case, otherwise the lid wouldn't close, I'll have to take it outside. Installed in termaltake armor case -Heavy and under weight can sag a little, so it is important to fasten well. But be sure to install the mounting bridge correctly! It should enter the groove and then not move, it is better to install it in advance and put it on the processor with it. At first, I installed this bridge incorrectly and overtightened the screw a little, as a result, a trace of a small dent formed on the sole. This must be taken into account.
