These are good size shaker bottles and easy to carry with you wherever you go, especially if you have something to clip them too, like your backpack. If you typically carry your shaker bottle in your hand and don’t care to clip it to something, this might not be a good choice. The carabiner on the lid is quite large and is more annoying to me than helpful. I’m also not a big fan of the solid plastic shaker ball. It mixes fairly well but is kind of hard to clean, especially if you get protein powder stuck in the crevices. The bottle and lid are very durable and can be thrown in your car or bag without worry of breaking or spilling. I wasn’t able to fit mine in my cup holder in my car so that was a little inconvenient. Overall good price for a pair of good quality shaker bottles.
