This is my second review. I'm not sure what happened to the first one I posted. I fired up the stove as soon as my wife installed the probe and I've had no problems with the stove since installing it. Before the advent of the sensor, bread or cakes would not brown on top or bottom, depending on which way the grate was placed. There will also be streaks on the cake if it hasn't risen all the way. The loaves of bread did not rise well. (This description is written for sober men/women who think the oven has not been properly preheated). Checking the resistance at different temperatures it's bound to fail at some point if it's an oven sensor.
