I've done a lot of research and this is probably the most durable, versatile and capable VESA tablet or 2-in-1 mount on the market. In fact, it's one of the few VESA-compatible mounts that can accommodate tablets larger than standard iPads. And it's strong enough to position the claws so they don't get in the way of any buttons or inputs. I'm using this with a SurfacePRO 7. It's expensive in my opinion, but it meets the demand and it's a great quality product that works very well.
