it's not that loud , how it should be. They work, but if you want the headset to pick up all the sound so you can hear you, you'll need to turn the volume all the way up on both the PlayStation and the headset. Maybe it's the one I got specifically, or maybe it's not fully utilized for PS4 like it's for all other systems. I've looked at other reviews and anyone playing on Xbox/PS5/PC seems to have no problem taking full advantage of these headphones. Everything else about it is amazing, even the microphone, which I wouldn't recommend for a PS4. Also, the virtual surround feature is not compatible with PS4.
