Rough diamond. But once you polish it, it becomes a work of art

First of all, yes, it will be a mess when you receive it, so expect it. Not sure where they are stored once they get here from China but yes they are greasy and oily, broken styrofoam gets dirty so have a rag and vacuum handy. With this, however, the child copes with its task. It's simple in design and rough around the edges, but performs like a champ. This simple mechanical action makes it easy to fix if something goes wrong, but let me tell you, this suction cup is made for tough use. With a crank you sew as fast as you want so you can stop/move/go forward/backward and not worry about snagging. Firstly, everyone who wants to order such a crude machine has a rough idea of what it can do. FYI: Search "Chinese Leather Sewing Machine" on YouTube and below and here is your machine. Check out the video, the guys really made setting up this machine a breeze. They even show you how to make basic changes to make it work and look better. I sat in front of the TV and watched Game of Thrones the whole time while I wiped the car down and gave it a thorough rub with WD-40 and then Oil 3 in 1. It comes with 3 aluminum feet which are convenient for assembly and cleaning, but you can trust those legs and adjust them to 2x4, then place them on a table or bench and leave some space at the front of the machine so you have room to Sewing unusually sized items such as shoes and the like. And don't forget to leave room on the side so you can turn the impeller without bumping into anything. Once that's done, you've just installed yourself a neat little leather workstation. The best part was the price. This is a bargain at around $130 with shipping as large leather sewing machines can be very expensive. I read the reviews of these machines and hesitated to order, thinking it would take forever to get them delivered. Hooray, I received it TWO days later. Peeps, if you're nervous like me, order this thing. Now it's a really fun hobby and you can sew almost anything that fits under your sewing foot, not to mention it's a great way to earn some extra cash in your free time by sewing and making stuff for everyone. FYI, this machine has garnered quite a bit of attention and the price seems to reflect that as it has jumped to around $220. Even at this price I would buy it again - it's that good. So take the time to set it up nice and clean and all you have to do is maybe give it a good polish to keep it humming. I love mine and you will love yours too.
