Review on diodrio by Shug Quinn

I was very dissatisfied with my recent purchase of hand tools from Diodrio, both in terms of product quality and customer support. The tools appeared fragile and poorly constructed, and I was concerned that they wouldn't hold up under prolonged use. One of the tools promptly snapped after only a few uses, confirming my worst fears. Diodrio's support staff was unresponsive and uninterested in resolving my problem when I contacted them. A few weeks and a few letters later, I finally received a replacement tool, and it was just as cheaply made and ineffective as the first. My time spent with Diodrio was disappointing on the whole. As a novice in the realm of home repair, I had hoped to find Diodrio to be a trustworthy and dependable supplier of tools. I would not suggest them to anyone looking for reliable equipment and helpful staff.
