Nice and super sharp. This is a versatile knife for cutting fruit and vegetables. It has a great responsive grip and quite a good weight. It is excellent for peeling oranges and slicing vegetables. It's very sharp, so I'll be careful with that. He cut the tomato without crushing it. A great addition to any kitchen.
