Bought these after an exhaustive search for consumables for my Lotos CT520D, there is nothing as OEM. Judging by the picture they looked close enough to try and bolt on THE CERAMIC SHIELD CUP at this price point like the original, OAL Lotos 1.181 "this 1.203" (the lower limit is actually better for the original nozzle components and this seems boding well for other components that came with them.) TIPS: OAL Lotos .472" this .613" case OD is identical to both, base OD is identical to both, rear IDs are identical to both ( bottom line is long) OAL LOTUS ELECTRODES 1.265 this is 1.552 , about 3 of each diameter are dense (bottom line is long) CERAMIC VORTEX RING sizes are identical on both ground and nozzle and electrode and both were solid copper! something reassuring... well... they fit better than the originals, no modification needed, the tip sticks out of the cup a little more shielding gas than the original, I don't see how this could be a problem on a plasma torch with a stand. I figured the OEM would skimp on just copper. Actually this is an update! sorry lotus I'll come back later to post the practical results.
