Review on Caresoft by Joe Calabro

I like that it is very user friendly, has great customer service support team who are always willing/able to help you out with any issues or questions when using their product! The only downside i have found so far as been in regards of some clients not being able to understand how certain things work (e.g., if they want an alert set up then don't send them an email telling them what time every day).

It's definitely worth giving this program a go because once your client understands everything about CareSoft there will be no looking back after seeing all its benefits - especially regarding reducing staff training hours whilst increasing efficiency levels across teams within organisations- which saves money AND reduces stress amongst employees too!!
