Caresoft Review

I have been working with Caresoft since 2008 and they are always willing to help, even when it's not their job! They're very good at what they do and respond quickly to any issues that arise. The software is always up-to-date. It's also user friendly. I wish there were more options for tracking employee time (ie: clock in/clock out). There is nothing really bad about this product. I like that it is very user friendly, has great customer service support team who are always willing/able to help you out with any issues or questions when using their product! The only downside i have found so far as been in regards of some clients not being able to understand how certain things work (e.g., if they want an alert set up then don't send them an email telling them what time every day). It's definitely worth giving this program a go because once your client understands everything

I like that it is very user friendly, everything can be done in one screen from intake forms all way through discharge summaries! You are able get an update of every patient you have seen by going into each record individually which saves time as well has saving me loads when entering notes/reports etc with patients who come back later or don't want their information known about them!! The ease of using this service, I have been able to get data in from all my sites at once without any hassle or issues with it being buggy or not connecting correctly as well is very user friendly so if you are new don't be afraid - just jump right into using an online survey platform! I like that it is very user friendly, has great features as well as being able to customize your own modules to fit your particular needs. It also allows you to create custom reports which are really useful when trying to track progress of clients in therapy.
