Review on Caresoft by Tom Lantz

I have been working with Caresoft since 2008 and they are always willing to help, even when it's not their job! They're very good at what they do and respond quickly to any issues that arise. The software is always up-to-date. It's also user friendly. I wish there were more options for tracking employee time (ie: clock in/clock out). There is nothing really bad about this product. If you want an easy to use solution for your organization, then look no further. We've used other products in the past but we never could get them to be as simple to use. With Caresoft we can set up one screen and all of our staff has access to it.
