This program has many features, it's easy of use but not so user friendly when using with other programs such as word or excel which are used in our office daily; this can be difficult depending upon how much time we have available at any given day/time during business hours etc.
It does what I need from an administrative standpoint very well without being overly complicated or confusingly designed. We've had no problems thus far! The customer service support team responds quickly once they receive notification about issues within their system via email after contacting them through live chat (which isn't always immediately). Nothing really comes up too often where there may require some direct contact between myself and one if my admin staff members regarding questions pertaining specifically to dentistry-related functions.
