Works as advertised. Not crazy loud.

Sounds like a food truck. No train. I highly doubt this is mcr than 80-100 decibels. It's by no means 150dB since I first turned it on in the kitchen with no complaints. You can also blow all the way through the hose and make a noise. Which is pretty fun as a toy. My battery might have died, but it only seemed to work for a second at a time. And I wouldn't beep all the time. For the price it did what I needed and I DID NOT want 150db so it's perfect for me. I wouldn't use it as a car horn though.
