My problem was that the key would not turn. Sprayed with WD40 it still won't start. I waited an hour and he finally turned around (you need him in the work position to remove the toggle switch). When I took the old one off it was covered in metal dust which probably prevented it from turning until it was cleaned with WD40. Really simple solution with lots of YouTube videos, some better than others. This replacement is made in Taiwan, not China, and fits and works great. I'm glad I took it and not a cheaper one.
