The ease in which I can schedule appointments as well as send reminders has been great! It also makes it easy to keep track of my time spent at each appointment so that I know how much money was made or lost per hour.

There are other programs out there but this one seems to be easier than others especially when you're just getting started. If they could make an app version available then we would have no problem switching platforms because all three employees use different cell phones (and sometimes even landlines). Keeping tabs on what tasks need doing next has helped me stay organized since having kids.
