They are cheap and should be a size 12-14 and it was a xxx large men's size.
Bought for my son, transparent like paper and poor quality. They should be 12-14 but they are oddly cut, men's sizing is very large (maybe for someone in the 200-300lb range) and they have a huge bolt of fabric sticking out in front. They also arrived 7 days late.
