Other reviewers said it was a fantastic apron. White faux leather bits and antique brass rivets only slightly detract from the overall beauty and functionality of this apron. The canvas is soft yet protective and the harness system works very well with a little practice. If you try it a few times you will find that it is easy to put on. If you are struggling, consider the following: hold the straps over the apron and allow the straps to go all the way down the sides so the loops are as large as possible over the apron. Therefore, hold the apron in front of you with the pockets facing outwards. Hold the cross in the middle of the straps and notice the three large loops that appear. One loop in the middle is for the head and one loop on each side is for each arm. Pull it over your head and over your shoulders using the loops as instructed. Then reach down and grab the two ends of the white straps and pull them out to the sides, causing the apron to move up against your chest and snap into place. Then tie a bow in the back.
