I bought 2 packs, one in my main basement and the other next to the basement. The results were as expected with higher radon levels in the subsoil due to the gravel soil. Delivery was pretty straightforward, although the shipper didn't understand at first if it was USPS or Fed Ex. During follow-up, I noticed that the kit arrived on the 6th or 7th day after shipping, and I didn't know if the analysis lab would receive it on time. The lab apparently got it in time to give me the results. But this late arrival was not the fault of the product, it was the fault of the carrier or the post office, so I will not rate the product negatively for that. Overall, the test was easy, sending was easy, and the results were as expected. Now if only the results could tell me I don't have a radon problem.
