These BBQ bags are a great idea and I love cooking with a big bag. However, the smaller bag is too small to be functional and has quality control flaws. I ordered a similar set a few months ago that only had one of each size. I needed more larger bags and they usually seem to be sold in sets of a smaller size. I've only used bags for smoking and grilling at low temperatures, so I can't comment on other reviewers who claim they have problems breaking bags at high temperatures. The manufacturer states a maximum temperature of 500 degrees, so I don't know what happens to bags above that. Both have three sides sewn together and one open side with snaps to close the bag once loaded. I was disappointed with the size of the small pockets. In fact, it's so small that when loaded with anything other than flat food like sliced potatoes, onions, or peppers, it puts too much pressure on the food due to the tightness of the pouch and the food is crushed. This problem is exacerbated by the area at the edges where it is too crowded for food. The capacity of large bags is ideal. I want to get an even bigger size!
