I love how easy it is to use, It's pretty self explanatory once you've set up your first account. Visitor info can be imported from other systems like Google Analytics (which we are using) but also Facebook page likes & Tweets which helps us see what our users are interested in. We have found this especially helpful when creating new products & seeing which keywords people search for. The dashboard itself could definitely do with some improvements - sometimes its hard to tell if there are any issues or not. If anyone wants a quick overview of what they need to get started with then I would recommend checking out their website as well as getting more information about their packages. This has been very beneficial so far. It gives me the ability to keep track of who visits my site and where within my office space. With having a better understanding of which areas of the building are most popular, it allows me to focus my efforts into those specific areas. The best part of this product is its easy to use features, best integration with Google Apps. The UI is not very user friendly. Also, it lacks customization options. It can be integrated with any website or blog. Even the mobile version is available for free! I have used this product for my personal blog which was hosted on WordPress. This helped me in keeping track of my traffic and analytics.
