Works as expected. :) The consistency is like Olive Garden if you ask for parmesan cheese. My girlfriend absolutely loved it, she bought the parmesan as soon as possible and now we eat it with practically every dinner. I'm not a big fan of cheese, but it's pretty light and easy to clean.
