Very absorbent! Nice size!

I really don't like paper towels. Even the Bounty of them don't seem to hold up well. I use them for cleaning up, for windows, for car cleaning, for just about everything around the house. And of course like most of us, I go through my fair share of them.Well there is an alternative. Most of us have used a microfiber towel in the past. I had a number of the free ones from Harbor Freight for years. I decided to up the game in buying a larger number of them off Walmart.And. I've been pleasantly surprised! They work quite well for a lot of tasks, and now that I have more than just a few I can reasonably reuse them. For example, when I only had a dozen, I wouldn't wash them appropriately. I'd just throw them in with the normal wash. I didn't realize I was really doing them a disservice. How should they be washed? Separately, and without fabric softener! Why separately? Because they pick up lint and junk from the rest of the wash! So.yes, wash them separately.I now have a large collection of them (several dozen), and I'm able to make a single wash with all of them. I'd suggest the same. Whatever you do, don't use fabric softener. And really, it is not a good idea to wash them with anything else.

Pros
  • Great rag/towel for dusting or scrubbing. Not super absorbent
Cons
  • Not suitable for cleaning glass surfaces without streaking.
