So I looked for ammo, I had it on my Mustang but I didn't like the idea of driving a 50 cal to my daughter's school. I also didn't like the other antennas that looked like screws and the multi-piece antennas, so this was the neatest I could find. Now they said there is a gasket in the kit but that is not the case. That left a void that I didn't care about. I contacted the seller and he replied that the item had changed and no longer matched the description. I didn't push it because there didn't seem to be a solution so I just bought a rubber grommet and that fixed the problem.
