This drill worked well for what I was using it for. The only thing I complain about is the lack of a guide device or place to mount it on the pilot drill. It's not bad and typical of these beats. A simple task is to drill out a piece of scrap metal and clamp it onto the piece you actually need to drill and it will drill perfectly without wandering or scratching the tile. Otherwise this drill worked great and made nice clean cuts.
