Worked great on my 1998 Ford Ranger. Removes all the dirt that has accumulated in the heater core over the years. I alternated the inlet and outlet of the heater core until the water ran clear. Make sure you switch back and forth more often than you think. Every time I thought I'd cleaned up, I'd change the direction of the flow, and more and more trouble came out. Press carefully so as not to damage the radiator. Now I've got a fever in the truck again!
