This is the best french press I've ever used, it even comes with a good measuring spoon! I like that the glass is unbreakable and temperature resistant, so there is no pre-heating in hot water like regular glasses. It's really good quality and very durable. The only complaint I might have is that there is only enough coffee for two people using 16 ounce mugs. The quality of the freshly ground espresso is worth it though, just wish it was a little bigger. It's very easy. two spoons of coffee, add a kettle of boiling water, insert the plunger just enough to close the lid, let it brew for 3 minutes, press and pour. This was part of a Father's Day gift for my husband; a French press, a manual coffee grinder, and a large can of roasted whole-bean Starbucks espresso.
