Mostly Satisfied Best in Birdcage Stands

I'm fine with this perch except the top screw on the perch does not screw in flush. I would have preferred the head of the screw not to be flush with the top of the bar. Maybe my bird will scratch the foot I left like that. I added tape to the screw head around the rod to prevent this possible confluence.
