It is durable for cycling
Although this helmet is suitable for smaller sizes I would not recommend it. At this point the line is too pronounced. The foam is single layer and quite dense, not more comfortable. It fits, it seems that it will help in hitting. I really wish they would just update the sizes for online sales and add more fabric on the inside for comfort.
