In December we bought two replacement bulbs for our two cleaners. The original bulbs lasted a year with 24 hour UV light. I noticed that one of the new bulbs burned out in February. I'm not sure how long this took, but the 30 day return period has already expired. I was annoyed that I wasted my money and put off ordering another bulb. I literally just noticed that the lightbulb has now burned out in the unit in our bedroom as well. It's been a little over 5 months. I'm not sure how long it's been down. 60 bucks down the drain. The lamps are advertised as having a lifespan of 10-12 months depending on usage conditions. Why did the original bulbs last a year but the replacement bulbs didn't? The conditions are the same.
