Review on High-Speed USB 2.0 Memory Card Reader for 256MB-16GB SD, SDHC, MMC Memory Cards by Christopher Lott

This is the second time someone has calculated a reader to work with a Win98 PC. Why lie? It's a compact product with a thoughtful design that works great on new systems. Why lie? I needed an easy and efficient way to take over some files from an old Win98 computer that had a USB stick installed. I'm not a computer guru but I believe there must be a driver that runs on Win98 because the operating system can't have a driver for such a new device. The other one I bought (from a well-known office supply store) at least included a link to download the Win98 driver I had installed and it STILL didn't work. I have to assume that a card reader running on a Win98 PC is a complete myth. So why lie?
