Size matters, I need a smaller size (6.5 inch)
I started by buying a large size (11 inch) for use with a flat pan. It cools the surface and doesn't interfere with cooking. I don't have to worry about scratches on the glass surface either. My wife and I decided to buy the remaining 3 heating surfaces. I was disappointed to learn they don't have a 6.5 inch size. My stove is 2-6.5 inch, 8 inch and 11 inch. 7.8 (small) is perfect for 8 inches and large is perfect for 11 inches. Hope Lazy K designed the size to fit a 6.5 inch cooktop. I have not looked at or measured other sizes of induction hobs. I have the KitchenAid brand.
