WOW, after so many, many, many years (I mean about ten years) of cumbersome audio setup, I'm finally hearing authentic audio from my Windows 10 system. I've been using Hyper-V (virtualized instances of Windows 10) and Bluetooth is really struggling with that. This dongle connects directly to my headphones with no issues, and the audio works exactly as expected: no lag or delay, which usually happens with all my Windows 10 and virtualization audio experiences. I even get a windows 10 sound app that currently uses sound. For example, when playing a movie in the Chrome browser in one of my Hyper-V instances, I can zoom in/out on my headphones and a Windows 10 volume control appears in the top left corner with the Movie/Chrome tab name . ! This has *never* happened to me in all my time with Windows 10 and Bluetooth audio. One piece of advice if you get this key: make sure you update your firmware. I almost sent this unit back when I first tried it because despite all the excitement about how well it worked, I kept hearing a popping sound every 15-20 seconds. I updated the firmware to the latest version (January 2021) and the problem was solved. I am pleased! Finally the sound as it should be. <3
