I have an Epax X1-K B/W screen printer. I have only used Siraya Tech Fast Gray (STFG) or another Siraya Tech Blu & Clear resin in the past. This resin works well and prints fine detail, but I'm sticking with STFG. Epax Hard is significantly darker than gray and the pigments peel off quickly even after just 20-30 minutes in the tub. I turn the prints over in the vat to look for bits of misprints that will affect my next print. When you stir Epax you can see the pigment settles to the bottom and it takes several times to pick it up from the bottom and mix again. You can see these areas in my attached video. Once you've done this the prints will be fine, but I've also had more minor glitches with this epax resin than the same object printed with STFG. I choose the exact exposure settings for each resin I use. Any resin with pigments can separate so you will need to shake the bottles thoroughly and mix the tank per the manufacturer's recommendations, but I've never had this problem with visible clumps forming at the bottom of the STFG tank. I may have gotten a bad batch of Epax but I won't be using it again.
