I've been using this reverse osmosis system for about nine months now and have had no complaints so far. I use it for two purposes - to fill my 70g aquarium as well as my kitchen water cooler. I used to fill up the water in a supermarket dispenser outside and having my own system saves time. Setup was pretty easy. Just make sure all four of your canisters are oriented correctly - this means placing one of them in the opposite direction of its own markings. All of this is explained in the included instruction manual; I just made the mistake of setting it up without reading it and the results were unsatisfactory. In any case, once all three filters were properly aligned, the water quality was excellent, as good as what I got from the water dispenser. My water pressure is pretty low, which is one of the reasons I needed the pump version (well, I pump water up the stairs from the unit - it's a good thing the unit comes with so many tubes). It typically takes 1.5 hours to fill a 5 gallon jug.
