I love this corn tortilla maker. I had to experiment a little. I used an online recipe: 8.5 ounces Jiffy cornmeal mix, 2/3 cup flour, 1 egg, 1 cup buttermilk. Stir until moistened. Scoop some of the mixture into the bottom of the can, place a portion of the hot dog on top (the can will not hold a full hot dog). Then put some more on the hot dog. I closed the lid. Then they connected it to the network. During cooking, the corn dog should be turned on its other side to avoid burning. The instructions were a bit vague. Generally good reviews from family. It was delicious.
