Review on Ytuomzi Chef's Knife: 8 Inch Professional Knife with Ergonomic Handle, Ultra Sharp Blade made of German High Carbon Stainless Steel by Peter Green

The knife arrived quickly and is very sharp. It cuts whatever I want and is especially good for thick flower stems that can be quite tough. It's well balanced, not too heavy. It comes in a beautiful gift box, which can make it a good gift. The pattern on the blade looks great, but it's a fake, not proof that two different types of steel have been folded together multiple times. I'd be surprised if this were realistic given it's a labor intensive manufacturing process that couldn't be offered at this price point. Either way, it looks good despite being printed on steel. In general the knife is good. I like it.
