Died after a month in the terrarium Heater Lamps and Mats

I bought two of these lamps a month ago and one of them has already died. I've tried several lamps, so I know the problem is in the bulb. I have other brand lights that have lasted about 2 years so I feel this one is just poorly made. It's my fault for trying to save money, it will end up being cheaper just buying more expensive higher quality drivers.
