Very happy but only 2 weeks have passed

Perfect for my chickens. A 100-watt heater kept her little incubator at 95 degrees from about 12 inches away. Very handy because I could use a clamp on a light I already had and it provided heat for the chicks without giving off any unwanted light.

Died after a month in the terrarium Heater Lamps and Mats

I bought two of these lamps a month ago and one of them has already died. I've tried several lamps, so I know the problem is in the bulb. I have other brand lights that have lasted about 2 years so I feel this one is just poorly made. It's my fault for trying to save money, it will end up being cheaper just buying more expensive higher quality drivers.

They are an excellent source of heat for your snakes and reptiles. I would recommend it to friends.

Heat output and temperature are excellent, we use them for our snakes. They work 12 hours and don't work 12 hours. This is how they learn to regulate their temperature at night. That way, if at some point we go out of power, it wouldn't be that hard for them until we could fix the situation. Since we haven't had it for a very long time, I can really speak of longevity, but I find it to be a reliable source of heat and would buy it again.
