The first thing I like about this product is the ability to work from my smartphone. You can just log in to your account, and that's it! You don't need to make any effort to access this service, because it's so intuitive and easy to use. I like that I can work on this service whenever I want. I can access it from any place, at any time. I can access my customer data and view it. This is a very efficient way of accessing my data that I need for my business. I don't have to worry about my data being lost. I can access it, and work on it anytime, anywhere. It's easy to use for both sales team member & admin side users! The support from OI was amazing too!! Nothing really dislike about this tool so far but if there are any please do let me know :) We have been able solve all issues related within minutes without delay or hassle at office level!! This has helped us save lot time than doing manual work which used be done manually by several people before now!
