Very good platform with excellent services

The first thing I like about this product is the ability to work from my smartphone. You can just log in to your account, and that's it! You don't need to make any effort to access this service, because it's so intuitive and easy to use. I like that I can work on this service whenever I want. I can access it from any place, at any time. I can access my customer data and view it. This is a very efficient way of accessing my data that I need for my business. Great Tool with Amazing Customer Support

The tool was easy to use and made my job much easier by providing me all necessary info about leads that i could handle easily without waiting for days or weeks like other tools do! It also helped us track each lead's status through their journey till they became customers so we knew when should start contacting them again next time around etc.. Nothing really but sometimes there were some bugs which required manual intervention from support team - nothing serious though since everything worked

A great tool if your business relies in consistent communication

Ocean made it so easy to connect with my sales partner and create new opportunities and leads. I also really like the team's quick-response to my requests for help. Ocean has been easy to work with and they're very helpful and responsive. It is a very straightforward product. I have not found anything to dislike.   • Integration capabilities among most major SCRM tools (sales force)
  • Quick response time when requested support or feedback(this was great)
  • Good UX; relatively good amount options available compared other CRMs.
  • Email calendar view makes seeing everything in one place possible which helps organizationally speaking
