Ocean made it so easy to connect with my sales partner and create new opportunities and leads. I also really like the team's quick-response to my requests for help. Ocean has been easy to work with and they're very helpful and responsive. It is a very straightforward product. I have not found anything to dislike. If you're looking for a simple, easy to use out-of the-box CRM like Ocean, I highly recommend! I've been able to streamline our processes with our sales pipeline and have made onboarding and qualifying leads much simpler! The ability to sync across different platforms like Salesforce, Hubspot, Asana and Slack. It's best used for building relationships between accounts and understanding their needs. Sometimes the UI could be more accessible and intuitive. Other than that, it has helped us organize and understand our sales process as well as streamline our workflows. We are solving a problem of having too many channels and not knowing what conversations need attention.
