Great product. We bought this for a cable smoker grill that had spot weld defects on the drum that created a gap around the lid. All my smoke and heat would come out of this area instead of where it should be. However, we returned it for a refund and bought a Pit Boss Smoker. We put this felt around the inside of the new lid to insulate it a little better than metal to metal. I am impressed. This grill is amazing. The seal keeps 99% of the smoke inside the smoker where it should be. And that ensures a smooth and noiseless closing of the lid. Excellent goods. Until the sticky backer failed. I am very happy with this product and would recommend it to anyone who has a grill or smoker.
