I needed a way to clone NVME drives from one PC to another PC. Both PCs have USB 3.1 (Gen 2) Type-C and Thunderbolt 3 (Type-C), I was only able to achieve a throughput of 200 MB/s with the included Type-C to Type-C cable . Luckily I had other Type-C to Type-C cables and was able to get up to 700MB/s throughput. A far cry from what my PC's ports (and NVME drives) can do, but much better than 200MB/s with the included cable. I gave the product 4 stars because I **WAR** was able to perform the desired action. clone some NVME drives. in a decent amount of time (after replacing the "good" cable).
