I live in a co-op where all the walls are concrete filled. In short, this product is great. I needed to install my flat screen mount and it took 15 minutes total. You get a masonry drill bit (a pro bit that goes perfectly with my Milwaukee hammer drill), 4 concrete anchors, and 4 heavy duty screws. If your house has wood stud walls, this works too, although I believe there are many solutions. .These screws easily support over 100 pounds. If you need to fix something in concrete (remember you need a decently powerful drill bit) this kit is the best I've seen.
