Solid solution for calling customers over VoIP service

I like that it has an easy to use web interface so anyone can pick up right away without needing any training or support from Salesforce employees, which was very helpful since we are not always able get them at short notice when needed! It's also really simple in terms of adding new users/devices with ease - no need install software etc., just click "add" button under each device you want added (phone number) then go through their quick setup wizard & set everything else yourself; if there were some more advanced options available such setting email addresses / passwords would be great but overall this tool seems pretty good already! A lot less hassle than using traditional PBXs + additional softphones installed locally by phone companies themselves ;-).

  • Easy GUI for both administrators AND endusers as well.
  • Single signon authentication is possible between SFDC&CP system via O2O SSO feature where CP login credentials will auto fill into standard sales force page logins automatically upon logging onto cloudphoniexcel tab within CRM org ! No duplicate user accounts required :)Easy Setup Guide video demo provided too :)
  • Great customer service team ready willing help 24 hours per day 7
